1. Our Commitment

BRAND Chauffeurs Ltd is committed to providing a digital experience and a chauffeur service that are accessible to the widest possible audience. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, in line with the UK Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 and the Equality Act 2010.

2. Conformance Status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. Known limitations: • A small number of decorative background animations do not respect reduced-motion preferences and are being remediated. • Some imagery on the fleet page still uses short alternative text; longer descriptions are planned. • Our cookie banner is keyboard-operable but additional screen-reader announcements are on the roadmap.

3. Fleet Accessibility

Our Mercedes V-Class vehicles can be specified with wheelchair ramp access. When booking, please mention any mobility, hearing, or vision requirements — we will match you with a chauffeur trained in assisted boarding and brief them on your needs in advance. Guide dogs and assistance animals are welcome in every vehicle at no additional charge.

Our ongoing testing process combines automated audits (axe, Lighthouse) with manual keyboard and screen-reader checks (VoiceOver on macOS/iOS, NVDA on Windows). The statement will be reviewed and updated at least annually, or whenever significant changes are made to the site.
