For corporate accounts, we also collect company details, authorised user lists, and billing information. We automatically collect device information, IP addresses, browser type, and usage analytics when you use our website or mobile application.

Active account data is retained for the duration of your membership. Journey records are kept for 7 years for tax and regulatory compliance. Marketing preferences can be updated at any time. You may request full deletion of your account and associated data by contacting [email protected].
