Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By booking a journey with Chauffer Today ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the operator for the provision of private chauffeur services in the United Kingdom and internationally.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via our website, mobile app, telephone, or through your account manager. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation number (format: BRAND-YYYY-XXXXXXX). Unconfirmed bookings are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion, including where routes are deemed unsafe or impractical.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are based on the vehicle class, distance, duration, and time of day. Airport surcharges and late-night premiums may apply. Payment is due at the time of booking for card journeys. Corporate and invoice accounts are issued invoices with NET-30 payment terms.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund • 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund • 2-12 hours before pickup: 25% refund • Less than 2 hours: No refund • No-show: Full charge applies

5. Waiting Time

Standard pickups: 15 minutes complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time. Airport collections: 60 minutes from flight landing (tracked automatically). Beyond these periods, waiting is charged at the hourly rate of your vehicle class, billed in 15-minute increments.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited in all vehicles. We reserve the right to terminate a journey if a passenger behaves in a manner that endangers safety, damages the vehicle, or is abusive towards the chauffeur. Damage to vehicles will be charged at repair cost plus the daily rate for the vehicle being out of service.

7. Liability

We carry comprehensive insurance for all journeys. Our liability is limited to direct losses and shall not exceed the journey fare paid. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise delay and keep you informed.

8. Lost Property

Items left in vehicles should be reported within 24 hours. We retain found items for 30 days. An administration fee may apply for returning lost property by courier.

9. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted within 14 days to the concierge via our contact form. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a full response within 10 business days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. BRAND Chauffeurs Ltd. VAT registration: not yet applicable — currently operating below the VAT threshold.
